All Sales are final as these items are customized for the customer and can not be simply just returned.  We are pretty good about getting our products the way the customer wants them before we actually purchase the items.  However we are extremely invested in the satisfaction of anyone who is buying or donating to or from the program and we will fix at our own expense any and all mistakes on our or the warehouses part.
